The Master goes a step further: we want our Leadership Agile Coaches to be able to make a living doing this. We offer real experience, proprietary tools and mentoring so you start creating value as quickly as possible.

Does it really include EL DOJO's Black Belt?

Yes. The Master includes EL DOJO's Certified Sensei programme. On completion you earn the double certification of Transformational Leader + Sensei — the full Black Belt — as well as the main Leadership Agile Coach certification.

Do I need prior knowledge?

No. The Master is built so you practise and learn by doing. It's 100% practical — no prior knowledge of Agility is needed.

Is it subsidised by FUNDAE?

Yes. These are FUNDAE-subsidised courses (Spain), as they run in Live Training mode. Professionals on furlough have a special subsidised price.
