We only process the data you give us voluntarily or that is generated as you browse the site:

Data you give us in the forms

• Identification and contact data: first name, surname, email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Professional data: company, job title or role, sector, team size (where we ask for them).
• The content of your messages: any information you include when requesting a resource, a demo or the trial Dojo.

Browsing data

• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and date/time of access.
• Cookies and similar technologies (see the section Cookies).

We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please don't send us that kind of information through the forms.

03Purposes and legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes, each with its legal basis under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD):

To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.	The controller's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

04Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for:

• Requests for information: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods for liability.
• Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
• Browsing data and cookies: for the periods set out in the cookie policy.

When they're no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise them.

05Recipients and international transfers

We don't sell your data. It's only shared with the providers that deliver services to us (processors), under the corresponding contract and solely for the purposes described:

Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, international transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy frameworks such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). You can ask us for a copy of those safeguards.

We may also disclose data to the competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation.

06Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to function and, with your consent, for analytics. When the site loads, requests are also made to third-party services (for example, Google Fonts), which may involve those third parties processing your IP address.

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and, where applicable, to exercise the following rights:

• Access: to know what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: to ask us to delete it (the “right to be forgotten”).
• Objection: to object to certain processing.
• Restriction: to ask us to restrict processing in certain cases.
• Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

08How to exercise your rights, and complaints

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at privacidad@eldojoliderazgo.com stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a document proving your identity. We'll reply within the statutory timescales.

If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es).

09Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, including encryption of the connection via HTTPS and access control over the information.

10Minors

Our services are aimed at professionals and companies. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you notice that a minor has given us data, contact us so we can delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. We will always publish the current version on this page, showing the date it was last updated.
