03Products and services
El Dojo sells leadership development training programmes and digital content. Each product is described on its own page, setting out its content, duration and price.
The essential characteristics of each product are shown before the purchase is completed. Images and materials are illustrative.
04Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on each product's page and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. It needs to be confirmed whether prices are expressed in euros or US dollars, and how VAT is handled depending on the buyer's country.
El Dojo reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price that applies is the one in force at the moment the order is placed.
05Payment method
Payment is made by bank card through the secure payment gateway of Stripe. El Dojo never stores full card details: they are handled directly by the payment provider in line with industry security standards.
The order is considered placed once the transaction is confirmed by the payment gateway. The buyer will receive a confirmation email.
06Delivery and access to the content
As this is digital content, delivery is electronic. The timing and method of access need to be finalised: sending the first content immediately after payment and subsequent daily deliveries, or whatever schedule is ultimately set.
It's the buyer's responsibility to provide a valid email address and, where relevant, to check their spam folder.
07Right of withdrawal
As a general rule, consumers have fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the purchase without having to give a reason, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Exception applicable to digital content: under article 103.m) of that legislation, the right of withdrawal will not apply once the supply of digital content has begun, where the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
For that reason, before completing the purchase the buyer will be asked to accept this expressly. It needs to be decided whether this exception will be applied or whether, as a commercial policy, a refund window will be offered.
To exercise withdrawal, where applicable, simply notify us at info@eldojoliderazgo.com. Full details are available in the Refund Policy.
08Ambassador programme and commissions
Certain products allow participation in El Dojo's ambassador programme, which may give rise to compensation for purchases actually completed by referred customers.
The following need to be defined: the amount or percentage of the commission, what counts as a valid referral, when it is earned (for example, after the referred customer's payment clears), the timing and method of payment, the ambassador's tax obligations and the grounds for exclusion.
Participation in the programme does not guarantee any income: any figure mentioned for illustrative purposes is not a promise of results, which depend on the effort, network and circumstances of each participant.
09Buyer's obligations
- To provide truthful, up-to-date details during the purchase process.
- To use the content for personal use, without reproducing, distributing or commercialising it.
- Not to share their access credentials with third parties.
10Intellectual property
All content (videos, materials, methodology, trade marks and designs) belongs to El Dojo or to third parties who have authorised its use. The purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, and does not imply any assignment of intellectual property rights.
11Liability
El Dojo takes reasonable steps to ensure the service is available, but cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions beyond its control. The content is for training purposes and does not constitute individual professional advice.
12Data protection
The data provided is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Performance of the contract is the legal basis for the processing (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
13Law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the buyer's domicile. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Document prepared in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Legal review is recommended before going on sale. This is a translation for information purposes: in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
