They are separate identities. EL DOJO is the brand of the training system; ECUSOR is an ambassador company that brings its offer to leaders and organisations while keeping its own business.
Who is alongside my company during the programme?
Certified Senseis from the EL DOJO network. When the relationship starts at ECUSOR, their team is usually part of the facilitation and stays with the account throughout the programme. The specific team and roles are settled in the proposal.
Can I contact ECUSOR first?
Yes. You can start the conversation with ECUSOR or write to EL DOJO quoting this reference. Before moving on, we agree who coordinates the proposal and the follow-up.
Who do I sign the contract with?
With ECUSOR, as EL DOJO's local partner: contract and invoice in your country. The Leonor.AI platform and the NAMI Method are provided by EL DOJO, and you accept their terms of use with EL DOJO LÍDER S.L.
What is the Occupational Safety Dojo?
It is a framework contributed by ECUSOR and recognised by EL DOJO. It applies the NAMI Method to the leadership behaviours that most affect a team's safety: how instructions are given, how things are reported, how they are corrected. It runs with certified Senseis and is measured in Leonor.AI like any other dynamic.
